Eventuri E60 / E61 M5 intake

Recommended Posts

In great condition. Car is now sold so parting this out.

Price: $1,900 (Landed price was ~$2500)

Performance Gain: 12-15hp, 12-18ft-lb

The E60/E63 M5/M6 intake system is designed to make a positive impact for the whole driving experience. By taking advantage of aerodynamic principles and using computational fluid dynamics to optimise the airflow, we have engineered an intake system which delivers on all fronts – sharpened throttle response, more torque and power, improving driveability and of course, an amazing V10 induction sound.

How much of a difference does it really make? Did you notice a change in sound and response that would justify spending the money?

I acquired the car with it installed so can't comment on before/after but the sound in sensational compared to factory. The sound alone makes it worth it however dyno'd gains are also a bonus.

I'm guessing this is well sold by now?

What are you putting it in to? You can buy the filters for $100, the housing is the pricey bit. Im prob the only one with a diy Eventuri on an e28..

Wow, @Kodachrome did you print that yourself?  Where'd you get the files?  And how's the M54 conversion coming along?

Designed by me and printed on my big FDM printer!

M54 conversion is all done and road legal! Just need a quieter exhaust and lower ratio diff and it will be perfect (lol, well, you know..).
