Wouldnt be surprised. 2shitcars are well known for importing low grade rubbish, giving it a clean (or a rattle can touchup/underseal to hide sins) and selling it on. There is a reason its cheap. Think thats Serenas old car from BMW 130 owners group, was really nice tidy example a few years ago, had the plate IBEAM, she did all the blue bits and wheels. Whilst I'd noticed they were black on that one I didn't realise they were M clones like mine so 'yes' is the answer to your question.
