Japan Import to NZ Spec F31

Hi all,
I am new to these forums and am also new to owning a BMW. I just purchased a 2013 F31 3 series which was imported from Japan and i am very keen on getting 2 particular things done to the car. (Hoping somebody here can help) 1: to disable the "ETC not inserted" warning on every startup (Electronic Toll Collector), and 2: a nav update to NZ maps for the NBT system. I know a couple of places here in NZ can do that but they charge an arm and a leg for it. Does anybody here have any experience with coding and FSC? I have an ENET Esys cable and will also have a OBD2 adapter compatible with bimmercode shortly arriving from the US.

Changed VO to NZ will fix the ETC problems.  I think you car is NBT?  There's company only charge $299incl for full region changed and map in Auckland
