BMW 330 N52 fix the oil leak, fix the starter, change the serpentine belt...

Recommended Posts

About the only things left to change on the 330 before it good for another 100,000km...

First up oil cooler seal leaking all over sepentine belt then soaking all the waterpump area, then new starter... getting the intake manifold off on these things is about the worst job on whole car.

I shudder every time I see intake ports left open in a working environment. Please close them off Chris

Had a look at the DISA valves while had the manifold out, both are healthy and tight.

New serpentine belt, tensioner and idler installed and torqued, all back together and bleeding as I type..
