You can try as much as you want to convince people otherwise, but thats sh*t is f**k ugly and not even its mother could love it.

I'd hate to be a salesman trying to sell that garbage.

Hate to say it but I saw them in person this week... and... yeah they actually are much nicer to look at in the flesh. There's a "nardo grey" M3 at the Christchurch dealer and my first impression on seeing it is that it looks badass.

I hated them in photos.

I sat in the carbon seats. I love them. You do have to climb in and out of them though due to the bolster. Impressive that they even still have the inflatable side bolsters like the regular sport seats. I want those seats in my M4.

Agree with you about that.  Although the one I saw was all black which probably hides a lot.

Saw this on Reddit.

This guy's description was dead on.

First off, fantastic color choice.  Thank you for the pictures.  Enough has been said about the face.

That said this makes the rear door problem really apparent.  It's just so lazy that they didn't more smoothly blend the rear wheel arch with the rear door.

And I didn't know the "prolapsed anus" rear bumper came on the M3 too, thought it was just the M4...I'll bet it drives really nice though!  At least you can't see the outside when you're sitting in it!

I don't mind the M4 in white, in fact it looks pretty good.  Needs different wheels though.  Also holy moly, 275's on the front!

All cars look the same due to the safety regulations enforced on designers. Pedestrian impact zones, crumple zones etc all must have certain dimensions to meet these which doesn't leave much for customisation

Except there’s two useable seats in the rear of the M4, which can accommodate nearly six foot teenagers on a long drive.

Cant do that in a Stang or a GT-R.

Thats probably the downfall then. The proportions of the rear of the M4 is terrible, the GTR and Stang are much better. I've never seen massive wheels like the M4 has swallowed by the rear guard and made to look like they are smaller than the front wheels.

I was just thinking to myself and before scrolling down, 'could be mistaken for a Mustang'.

This is how you make big grilles and sharp angles look good. Also a good lesson in not making your wheels look tiny.

They aint even big grilles bro, but you can bet there will be a redesign to "fix" that coming.
