boyish 40 Report post Posted August 18, 2021 Final production year for the E9X 3 series, was imported into NZ at 36,612km’s 3 years ago & since then hasn’t done as many miles as it should. Am the 2nd NZ owner having purchased the car at around 42,000km’s. Currently sitting at around 52,000km’s but will slightly go up as I drive it 2-3days a week. Have driven around 10,000km’s in the year I’ve owned it & has been an absolute pleasure to drive. Have had it under mechanical warranty along with a visit to Bellars Motor Works. Last service was done at 48,000km’s. No rust or oil leaks with oil/filter changes being carried out at 6000km intervals (suggested iDrive intervals is 20,000kms) Have only ever been running on 98 along with Castrol EDGE 5W-30.
