Forced ?? With a jack ??

That's right, pushed back fully open with a scissor jack to get to screws holding the headlining.

If i’m not mistaken, these sunroofs can be opened manually using an hex key right😎? If the mechanism in the motor housing hasn't been ‘rounded’ 😁

Hi guys, I fitted some parts to repair E39 sunroof and I find that that tilting pins will not line up with the plastic groves, any ideas? thanks
