That's Ole Hille selling another car. Heaven knows where he finds them.

He's had a succession of 4x4s, at least several of which weren't quite as represented.

No idea who he is but looking at the listings and the videos under the Youtube account that the walkaround is listed, it is a mightily impressive collection of vehicles.

$110k for a Ford Bronco tho. Best of luck to him.

Not sure, an E30 on standard springs looks like a startled cat, could be the originals that have sagged a bit over time as the ‘vert is a bit of a lardarse.

Another one I will be watching intently, for valuation purposes.

I wonder if the 60k vert will change his price based on this listing

Unlikely.

More likely is that this listing will be pulled, or relisted. Past performance is an indication of future activity.

Been having a chuckle about the seller over on Facebook. He's just been called out for selling his 20th (maybe more) Land Rover, which apparently has seen some dubious changes between known history and current sale. Not the first time. And yet again he knows nothing about the vehicle (generally or specifically).

A couple of truly knowledgeable folk have asked questions, and are now qualified as members of a not-so-elite Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/4233402160060087/

If you're really bored, play bingo while checking some of his listings:

- stunning

- breathtaking

- nz new

- original motor

- make new friends everywhere you go

- painted by a professional car painter

- I'm not an expert

- there's not a trademe category for a series 3, therefore it's a defender

- about me; top selling self help author

@gjm I saw on FB someone who had bid on it (and had not won) was offered it?

so the ‘top bid’ didn’t win or want the car 🤔

Not surprising, did appear to be some shill bidding happening on a few of his auctions. Prop up the "value" and then offer it elsewhere for a "cut price". That's what "making a fair living" seems to be nowadays...

Nice enough car but $23.6k for a 320i auto with next to no service history... What even is this

Yeah, it’s got a sweet interior but price could have been pumped up a bit.

I was offered a very clean 320i auto PFL ‘coupe’ for $14k and didn’t go for it.

Verts a different and rarer thing obviously but not sure they are necessarily more desirable or worth a 50% premium.

There’s an auto 325i vert for $35k now, will see if it sells.

Sadly, not even uncommon for this seller.

A testing authority who issued a WoF on one of his sales was taken to court (he wasn't, of course). A Land Rover,  the king pins had to be replaced, the front brakes were falling apart with the brake pedal nearly to the floor and hoses were perished, seat belts were damaged, no declaration or certification for a roll cage/seat belt mount, and a list of other things not up to WoF standard. The testing company paid several thousand dollars - about half the cost to repair the major work required - to the buyer. The steering was stiff, the "reconditioned" transfer box was stuck in 4wd (required reshimming), and hand brake shoes covered in oil.

He currently has a red MGB for sale. It used to be white... When asked about it, he blocked the person asking.

I love the plate history on that MG though
