AirCon Display Malfunction?

Recommended Posts

Hello Everyone,

Trust my message will finds you well today.
Recently I bought second hand BMW in good shape for 5 years old vehicle.
I noticed that the display is showing differently the arrows for the Air Flow to the 2 only for the Rider and 3 full set for the Driver.
Is this normal - or I need to pay a visit to Authorised BMW service for assistance and assessment please?

Thank You in advance for your understanding and answers.
Stay safe and sound everyone.

The passenger side doesn't have control of the windscreen airflow.

Thank You @Spudooli much appreciated mate.
I was about to blame the dealership that they sold me a broken vehicle.
Interesting though once I start the AirCon and speed it up while working normally in a few minutes later seems to open a different flap inside and then the flow increases. Is this normal what do you think?

I just leave mine on auto and adjust the fan speed to my liking.

That’s one of the best things about BMW “auto”, some manufacturers don’t let you adjust intensity or fan speed and auto ends up blasting you.
