16:9 Nav screen issue

Anyone ever had their nav screen go a yellowish wee colour? every now and the it fades from the blue/dark blue to yellow wee..

Can't say Ive seen that Milan - you now got an X5 huh

Need to fit/retrofit Nav & get better graphics :)

Anyway, one way or other - I can identify the issue. PM me

Yeah, unfortunately it was time to sell the 540 and get something a little more fitting in for the area for carting our daughter around, so we got a nz new 1 owner face lift x5, just as thirsty as me by Friday

That's a Jap Nav unit - won't work here, no use for anywhere else...

Sorry Dejh0n, it was a bit of an inside joke sorry. I bought Beemn's 540, so was offering him his piece of junk Japanese import MKII nav unit back to him.

So i finally sorted the issue, even though i only drive the X5 once a week if that...it still pissed me off tho, so the issue is more common in the UK and US for no apparent reason other than i cant read arab forums. But the issue is dirty contacts on the ribbon that need to be taken off and cleaned, i used deoxit contact cleaner and so far so good, took about 30min to do, incase anyone else finds they have the same issue ...
