  1. Hey there,

Been here in some shape or form for ages now - Probably time I introduced myself, I'm Matt, 22 and live in Auckland. Have owned a couple of these additive cars now. Currently have a E36 318ti Compact MSpec.

Has had a few subtle mods so far .........

    - 328 brake upgrade, including Zinole slotted disks and pads and stainless lines

    - Full tint

    - Bilsten shocks all around - Hunting for springs to pair up with these at the moment

    - Managed to find some DIY angle eyes - have always loved these

    - Manual Conversion sitting on the shelf.........

    - Proper motorsport bumper to go on

    - BMW motorsport wheels to be straightened, painted black and fitted up.

Never thought i would own one of these compacts but have been quite impressed so far.

  2. A good friend's folks bought a 2006 X3 not so long ago. Unfortunately in about the last week its started doing some strange old things in what I can only assume is the electrical system. Thought I might as well list the issues .........

    - The drivers window control panel works intermittently

    - The wing mirrors will fold in whenever they feel like it and the adjusters inside the car are not functioning

    - The AC will turn on and off randomly

I cant remember if there are any more issues but if anyone has some ideas on were to start that would be awesome !!!!!

    Thanks

  3. Hey there all,

Have multiple BMW E36 Motorsport Forged Doubble spoke wheels to get straightened, has anyone used these services in the Auckland Region and is there somewhere people would recomend??

    Thanks in Advance

    Matt

  4. Alrighty, the quote that I have got back is for $110 per wheel to widen an already existing steel wheel. They can make new centres but they would not have the pressed shape and therefore i recon for want of a better word, be a bit flat....... Maybe we all need to put our heads togeather and find a supply of wheels at correct offsets and stud patterns and then get them modified?

    I know for a fact I want

a 16" rim, not too sure of offset yet at around 9" wide..........
