  1. Wierdly, it could easily end up registered as a 2006 - Perhaps it was first registered in Japan in 2006 - that's what it's registered as.

There is a 2001 528i motorsport on trademe too. The 528i stopped production when the 530i came out in August 2000, so it certainly wasn't produced in 2001. BMW starts production of August in the year prior.

and yet, My car was registered in Singapore in 2001, but was actually made in november 2000, as a 2001 model year (M54 engine). By the rules above, it would be registered as a 2001 (which would be correct according to BMW). But it's a 2000 on the sticker

There is nothing consistant about the years the cars get registered as, it seems!

Yeah I've got a 2004 E46 Facelift an the front lights on this E46 are totally different to mine.??

  2. Agreed. To be honest I thought it looked nicer in stock guise, I don't see the blacked out features as improvements. Of course it's your car and your right to do what you like with it but I am just saying.

Black dished out kick's with a massive polished lip with a good stance would look the part :)

  3. Could be a lot better but most mornings spend like 20 minutes sitting in a queue waiting to get onto Onewa Road and in the evenings crawling all the way back to the shore from East Tamaki. They're okay cars but would next time definitely get something like a 330i.

Yeah.. I'm looking at 328i or 330i at the moment, hense why I have to sell mine..

But I would be keen on a mint 325i E30..

  4. Its higher due to in the early days I never used to have to take motorway drives so was only city/urban and my trips were usually like 5-10km so engine barely had time to get to proper operating temp. If you look at the most recent ones Click Me I am averaging around 9.0L with more motorway driving.

That's really good, I like the graph..I might look into joining the Website!

    Cheers!

    Scotty

  5. i think the car is really nice but not $14.5k nice.. i think a more realistic price is about $12k in todays market..

Thanks for your opinion buddy.. shame it hasn't got the larger engine! I should of taken $13500 2 weeks ago... :(

I've had two valuations on the car in the past month.. one was $17k the other $15k but cash talks at the end of the day!
