Yes but iv finally got my parents on my side on changing the engine before i head off to uni next year. So im getting my options fully sorted out before i put one in. Im planning on spending money on the engine once iv got it in. Plus iv got more cash in my disposable than before. Cheers

Hey im looking to have an engine to fit my Bmw 320i that has more power so either a 325i ect. Help would be preferable as my knowledge on engine transfers are not good. But i have cash so if i have a good offer for a suitable engine that MUST FIT my bmws manual gearbox. Im located in Hawkes Bay Napier but can pick up from other cities. Cheers let me know.

Okay cheers for the help guys I have decided that I am not the most amazing mechanic and I know a lot about the engines but obviously not enough. What about if I sell my Bmw and trade up I know more about fixing suspension and cosmetics than I do know tinkering around with engines?

Hey im looking for a bmw e30 325i engine to replace my 320i. Just want to know who has one that's willing to sell. Must be in working condition and be pretty much just bolted in and go. Also if anyone knows how much a mechanic costs to put it in just in case if i cant do it. Cheers

Hey I own a 1987 Bmw 320i manual. It has a cold sir intake with a revamped fuel system. But for a 320i it needs a wee bit more power the shell is immaculate with the M tech body kit all around. So buying a new car is not really on the cards. Im wondering what model engines would bolt strait onto the get-rag 260 gearbox and fit in the engine bay? Also the rough costs of that? If there are any other ideas of how to gain more power from the car i am happy to listen. (supercarger turbo ect) Help would be appreciated Cheers
