Bimmer E30

My boot wont be able to open as the previous owner lost the keys for the car, so i had to get one made for the ignition but that key does not lock/open the doors or open the trunk/boot, the problem i have with is the boot.... i cant open it, is there another way of opening the trunk/boot? so then i can get the keys made for the boot opener. please let me know, thanks.

does anyone know whats the name for the big piece of rubber that sticks onto the cars body behind the engine to protect the heat from inside the car? Is it some sort of sound insulation material, i know there is one behind the hood, but there is another one of a different harder material that protects the cars body from the engine... please let me know what its called as i need a new one. thanks.

does anyone know where i can buy the rubber grommet you see at the bottom of the gear stick after you remove the gear gaitor cover? need a new one, thanks.

what mm H&R springs are you lowered on ? 40mm all around? let me know as im interested in buying a set. Also are lowered on standard shocks?

I found a BMW E30 320i, this is my project car, such a beauty that i couldnt resist to leave lying around for any longer, so i took her in to the garage to start a build project on it. Watch this space people, real good updates coming on this classic beauty! This has only done 61,800 km which is nothing really, very rare to find this car at that age and in saudi arabia where i live! if you have any ideas, performance upgrades, exterior upgrades or interior ones, please go ahead and post it, would love to hear them! thanks. enjoy this progress thread! (Below) - Picked up new keys for the ignition cyclinder today, previous owner lost them... car was already open luckily, so i was able to take the steering wheel off to get the ignition out. Im new to this forum and have found an old BMW E30 320i at 61,000 km ( not bad right?) yeah so anyway i wanted to get some good advice from you people on the best lowering springs and shocks i shouls buy, preferably brand new please. I saw some bilstein shocks, rear and front but they dont come with the lowering springs, anyone know a good set of lowering springs and shocks i should get that has good ride comfort handling? thanks let me know.
