I'm after some shocks (well, just the front right if possible) for a 1987 318i sedan. I'm led to believe i need the 45mm ones.

cheaper the better - it's just so i can get a warrant.

I have to replace the front shock on my bmw 1987 318i sedan, can someone tell me if i need 51mm or 45mm

i've found this auction on trademe and asked the guy, but he just told me to measure the strut and i dont know what he's on about (sorry!)
