Here are some photos I took while attending the first two days of the new venture and are actual photos of clients experiencing what they described as "the ride of a life time!"
Almost everybody in Auckland has been to Western Springs Speedway & seen New Zealand's premiere Open wheel Dirt class, the Midget Cars, do side by side battle sliding through the turns with engines screaming! The natural inclination is to wonder what it's like and if you would be able to handle the powerful light weight cars? To do this you would have to do nothing short of buy a car as track time is treated very preciously by all cars owners & drivers.
Bryce Townsend, a former 2 time TQ Midget National Champion, Victorious NZ Midget Test team Captain & World 50 Lap Classic Champion who has over 80 career Feature wins has opened his Bryce Townsend's Open Wheel Driving Experience. The only place you can turn laps in an open wheel speedway car in New Zealand without buying one first!
I have approached Bryce about putting a deal together for the BMW guys& Gals & he has kindly offered a discounted price on his 25 lap package. If in a group of 8 or more he will drop his price by $100.00 per person from $495.00 down to $395.00 each.
Driving sessions are run at Waikaraka Park in Auckland and at various tracks across the North Island when practical.
