I dont care what he does as long as we get less taxation, and a higher standard of living. Its pathetic that 60K is the upper tax bracket. Thats like NOTHING by world standards.

Dude they are different. Vtec does something Bmw can never do...Bmw doesnt mess wth the camshaft like vtec does(im guessing its patented or something).
-
ahhh WHY do people say things they dont understand? Vanos is NOT VTEC for bmw's. Maybe i-vtec..slightly, but NOT VTEC VTEC - Variable timing based on camshaft changeover at higher revs, effectively allowing a car with good city driving and fuel economy, as well as a 'fast' car. There is a point where timing changes for better power. VANOS - Constantly variable valve timing on the intake (i think) and through this optimal power at each point in the rev band. VTEC will have a 'boost' feeling due to the cam changeover. VANOS will not have a 'boost' feeling as there is no sudden change - if you feel something, its the powerband, and the torque curve, NOT 'vanos kicking in'. Vanos works on smoothing out the torque curve, and to give better power low in the powerband (compared to nonvanos). DOUBLE vanos, does the variable timing on the intake and exhaust (so better than just plain vanos) (started with e46 i believe) I-VTEC - VTEC, but with variable valve timing. So yes. Correct me if im wrong. Otherwise, memorise this, and stop the internet from infuriating me with saying 2 things are the same when they aint!

I GUESS. Ya reckon engine would give enough braking power for that? ... (and wheres the FUN in that?)
-
You can list all the cars ya want, but really everyone knows BMW is pretty much the only regular straight six producer. Everyone else just goes V and Porsche does a flat 6.. BMW is known for its straight sixes, lexus (toyota?) is not.

Great car! Awesome colour too! Yeah, check out your routes before you lower it.. Parking lots are a scraping favourite too...
