  1. Funny - just noticed your location as being from Rangiora... I was born and used to live there! boom!

I too will be in Munich 18 till 23 Sept and be doing Oktoberfest as well as a work trade show. I have booked a factory tour at Welt for Friday 21. If any of you are in Munich, suggest booking a factory tour in advance rather than just visiting the museum. I did the 5 series factory last trip in Dingolfing which was AMAZING so looking forward to seeing the 3 series factory !!!

This is the link and you need to book a few months in advance. The email doesn't work so just ring the number around 10pm NZ time Mon to Fri to book ...

  2. Looks like everyone is in and out of germany in the next few months! I am based in Coburg now for the next few months but intend of going to the BMW plant in Munich next week with all going to plan. We should try and put all the dates of peoples visits down and create a NZ beer crawl through the pubs in munich after a visit to the BMW factory or similar. I'll be most likely moving up to Munich to live in a few months time with intensions to get into the BMW group for work and see what sort of careers they have on offer to keep me occupied while the mrs is studying and then return to NZ to keep running my business. I am still looking at other options for work here though to keep me out of boredom so if any of you have any contacts or leads for an kiwi speaking very little German then please get in touch! it would be much appreciated :)

  3. My immaculate M3 Evo is temporarily up for sale in hope to make my South Island traveling adventure a little easier for the next two months.

I havent had a chance to publicise the car on here yet so it may not be a known car.

I am now in Christchurch, left Auckland last Saturday and have been in Christchurch since Wednesday. The car didn't miss a beat on the trip as far as here but looking forward, me and the mrs really need a campervan to truly enjoy the deep south to its full potential. The M3 is no campervan :(

We are leaving Christchurch on Monday 5th March to head to Queenstown. If someone on here would like the car before then, I will buy a campervan and continue my travels in that. If not, I will continue to enjoy the car and you will see it transform into a car with my own touch added to it once back in the North Island and enjoyed for many years.

    Details as follows:

    1996 M3 Evo

    6 Speed Manual

    88,000 miles (135,000 ish kms)

Santorini Blue (Most admired E36 colour) Immaculate!

    Cream Interior (Immaculate)

    Sunroof

18" M Parallel Rims with 80% tread Dunlop Asemtrical tyres

Freshly serviced 1000miles ago with high grade race oil including all filters and general check

Car is truely immaculate and has a full service history (most from BMW dealerships) since new

Imported from the UK in 04 from its original owner and I think I am the 2nd or 3rd owner of the car since new

  5. Built for use with E36 BMWs. Was made to suit coupe but would most likely fit sedans also as there is very little difference.

Has mounts to line up with the factory mounts under the car.

The system is 2.5" off memory and runs from the bottom of the headers (in front of the cats) back to the tip/muffler so all you need is a rear muffler tip and weld both ends.

High quality Steel built to last DON'T MISS OUT Won't last long at this price

    $100 to Bimmersport

Photos on TM Listing as BS wouldnt let me upload for some reason
