  1. Someone with an e30 might be interested.

    http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.as...409&ed=true

Good condition, slight curb on one of them. These look much better than the replica BBS wheels on trademe. Has 175/50/15 inch tyres (95% tread), however two have bubbles on the sidewalls.

Used to be on a 80's Crx, but ive been using them on my project track car which is never driven. Plans have changed so out they go.

  2. Your kidding right?

    Petrol doesnt just "explode".

In fact a full tank of gas would be near impossible to cause to explode, as its the vapour that burns/explodes etc. And a drill certainly wouldnt make a decent enough spark, if it even made one at all, to ignite fuel.

Yeah i wasnt sure if it would, thought it might be the same principle as when a car crashes into a gas pump and the petrol ignites. Too many movies .

  3. hope it wasnt in Mt Eden :o F'ing thieves, getting worse and more gutsy. Had a family friend's 4 x 4 petrol tank drilled and its gas stolen.

i l0l'd? Wouldnt that cause the tank to explode? in that case i'd encourage them to do it.

My ae82 corolla had its lock screw drivered near auckland uni recently. Really annoying because i had to use the passenger side to get in for a while.

  4. i thought the illegal modification rule stated lowest point of the chassis when measuring the height from ground?

wheel & tire dimensions are only measured when the vehicle has a LVV cert, which Heino doesnt have. Which means that he goes to the wof rules regarding height:

They mean that a bigger profile or a bigger wheel diameter will raise the car from the ground.

  5. f**k SOME OF YOU GUYS ARE SUCH c**ts, LEAVE HIM ALONE HES LEARNING!

X2. I don't see this being any different than if he bought a pink stickered car and wanted it back up to scratch. He's wanting help regarding switching springs NOT crying about the pink sticker.

OP: Try MTS on the shore, they have good pricing for suspension. Or since its a e36, just buy a full set of standard springs and shocks... will be much easier to swap over.

  6. Electrical problems within a month of owning it... not suprised lol.

    Car is a 1999 320i sedan e46.

Was driving along and following things stopped working:

-Indicator arrows which light up on the cluster - including the clicking noise

    -A/C stopped blowing cold air

    - Auto central lock when car is motion

(there may be other things that i havn't noticed)

So i would think its fuse or relay. Had a quick look at fuses and they seem fine. Can anyone can point me to the right direction? If it is a relay, which one and where is it located?

    Thanks in advance
