Yet another car I have up for sale/expressions of interest

I've had this one up a while ago actually, it's my mums 1995 325i

Quite a nice car, solidly built, with plenty of power available and pretty good fun to drive

Overall in pretty tidy condition, a few marks on the outside but nothing major. Interior in very good condition bar a small red mark about the size of a 50c piece on the front passenger seat by the seatbelt plug thingy

Done just under 140,000km and serviced every 10,000 at Bavarian Motors

What do you think it is worth? I was having a look on TradeMe and similar spec seems to range from $5000-8000. I was thinking something like $5000-6000 would be the sort of value to expect?
