They dont seem to be compatible with Jap spec models without coding, I will look into them.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I will do a bit more looking, I dont think Avin make one for the e60 sadly, they do look good. Neal - Thanks for that, its not the sound quality I am worried about right now, just the painful lack of input options on the factory headunit. I normally run a reasonably decent system with type R components and a pair of 10" subs but this is such a quiet car I dont really need the volume. But I will be after at the least an upgraded amp for the subs at some stage and maybe some better quality speakers so I will have a look at them.

Thanks for that hybrid, interesting. None of that surprises me to be honest, I have seen some real shoddy low budget android setups. I take it you have the DVN-E39A? the E60 version is straight winCE rather than Android but whether that helps the speed or stability I dont know. How is the performance? boot speed and general interface lag?

Mostly because of the horrifying price of any conversions I have seen. Most of the aftermarket systems to add ipod and bluetooth alone cost more than the DVN-E60. I havent been looking into options for very long though, if anyone has any better ways of going about this I am happy to hear them. Ideally I am wanting ipod control, bluetooth and video input, most of the other features I dont care about.

I have a 2006 ex-japan 540i with the 8.8" CCC which has been great so far apart from the awful factory stereo. The DVN-E60+ looks perfect as an upgrade but I have heard mixed feedback about these things so far. Has anyone got one of these? Are they any good?

I need a new MAF sensor and O2 sensor for my 92 325i. If anyone can help me out or recommend the best place to buy them I would appreciate it.
-
Thanks! Well thats a hell of a lot cheaper than anyone else I have talked to. Think I will have to get all 6. Whats the best way of organising it? PM or call?

Need new ignition coil packs for my 92 325i. If anyone has any for sale or knows where to get them for a good price please let me know. Cheers

Time to put my 325i up for sale, it will be going on trademe in a couple of weeks but i thought i would put it on here first. This is a 1992 325i coupe. M50B25, non vanos engine. 164,000 k Manual gearbox, not exactly common in BMWs. Eagle F1 tyres all round, brand new 225/40/R18 on the front and legal 235/40/R18 on the rear. Leather interior. AC shnitzer muffler, bodykit and spoiler. Bilstein shocks. Rather distinct custom yellow paintjob, if you live in CHCH im sure you have seen it. Mongoose M60 series alarm. The problematic waterpump has been replaced with one of the newer kind without bearing or impeller problems and the radiator has been replaced with a larger alloy aftermarket unit. The cooling system is now very reliable, it was a real problem in these originally. The fuel pump has also just been replaced and car comes with a spare pump and sender. Current stereo is dual 10" pioneer subs with monoblock amp. Fusion PP-AM8004 4channel amp and an Alpine IDA-X100 headunit. Stereo is negotiable depending on price and i have a Pioneer MP3 CD player headunit that will go in if i keep the current setup. Unfortunately the front speakers both blew shortly after installing the amp and i have not got around to replacing them yet. --Issues-- There are a few dents on the right door and quarter panel and another above the front left wheel, none have damaged the paint and should be easy to get out. People do seem to love running shopping trolleys into a yellow bimmer. The paint on the front kit is coming off in places and has been scraped off the front edge, quoted about $300 to have it repainted, it isnt made of metal so it hasnt been a priority to have it fixed. Other than that the paint is in very good condition, few road chips etc but nothing serious. A few minor electrical issues with the sunroof and windows that are an easy fix, i may have them done before selling anyway but not much free time. I will get some newer photos uploaded over the next week or two. Let me know if you want any more information or pictures.

Just replaced with a larger full aluminium one, have no use for it. Free to whoever wants to come pick it up. Not completely sure of the condition, may be leaking so no guarantees.

May be interested, how much and are they the same for a 2DR?
