I had the same sounding problem, ended getting mine taken to christchurch BMW for them to sort it out they believed it was the fuel pump and replaced it flush my lines etc. after all that still had the same problem, they then dicovered it was my air flow meter getting clogged up from dirt and sh*t getting through a pod filter, got a new air flow meter been sweet since it got replaced but have to get the factory filter box back on to stop it happening again maybe you could have a similar problem, if not hope you find an answer to your problem.

Do you have a air flow meter for my e36, Part : Bosch 0 280 212 010, also a factory filter box? and would you be able to send them to christchurch if so?

yea, Diffinetly not the best looking car a, I blew the turbo in my ca18det but once i had the new 1 chucked in if flew pretty quick good 4wd powerslides aswel lol but would always chose the e36 over the bluebird anyday.

Yea but mine was a lemon but after i had everything repaired it went sweet as a but nothing compared to the comfort of my bmw!
