don't have any interior shots sorry, will try and arrange some. It is black leather with woodgrain trim and also woodgrain trim on steering wheel. Reason for selling is that i am wanting to down grade and use funds to start up my own business. Have just dropped the price to $16,500 as I would like it sold in the next couple of weeks.

Yeah she goes good loads of power, not as quick as my STI but a whole lot nicer. The handling improved quite a bit with the new wheels & tyres and lowered springs.

Haha reech123, yes I guess you could say it is now unveiled!

I am needing to swap over the lower radiator hose on a 94 M3 as it has a crack. Where is the best place in Auckland to get a replacement hose? And how do you go about bleeding the system so there are no airlocks in the radiator as I haven't done this before?

Cheers for that, excuse my ignorance but whats the ICV?

Over the last couple of months I have noticed a problem with my 540i. What happens is when I start the car, usually when it is already warm occasionally when I put it into reverse the car will just stall and sometimes when the car starts and I do not rev it it also happens. It only occurs from time to time and I just start the car again and rev it a bit and it will usually be fine. However last week I was driving along not really accelerating at all and the car just stalled while rolling in a straight line at about 50kms. The car had a major service about 3000kms ago, however I was thinking it could be a fuel pump/filter problem?? Does anyone have any ideas?

I am looking at lowering my 96 E39 540i. Looking at fitting B & G progressive rate springs that will give a 50 - 60mm drop. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with lowereing these cars and if it will effect the S-EDC at all and anything else to watch out for. Also if anyone has any pics of lowered E39's and what springs were used that would be great. Cheers.

Haha, thanks for the reply guys, yeah I know it is hooked up to the speedo and is set at approx 5kms. I know you cant just unplug anything it has to be done properly. Will give those instructions a go though!

I have just purchased a '96 E39 540i and want to have the ability to have the TV on while driving. I know there are TV Activator devices you can purchase from overseas, just wondering if anyone in the Auckland area has one or knows someone who can Activate the TV?

I recently got a speeding ticket, asked to see the radar reading the cop said he did not have time to lock it in as he had to pull a U turn quickly. I wrote in to try and get off the ticket, the reply I got was that there is no legal obligation for the Police to show the reading.

As the topic says, can anyone tell me the generic numbers for the chassis number for a 1988 E30 325iC. I had a look at mine and as it has had an aftermarket paint job I cannot read it clearly. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers.

I was a sales rep for an Auto Electrical company, we sold steelmate alarms, they are good for a basic alarm, but all you need to do to get around the alarm is disconnect one plug and cut a wire. I would suggest getting a Mongoose alarm, either the Mongoose M60G (details on link below) http://www.mongoose.co.nz/Products/m60g/m60g.html Or the top of the line m80G; http://www.mongoose.co.nz/Products/m80g/m80g.html Or the basic Mx40B which is a 4 star alarm and is approved and has the following; Certified to AS/NZS4601 1999 immobiliser standard. Remote dual immobiliser with siren and shock sensor (or alternatively a glass break sensor).NZSA 4 Star.add a battery back up siren to make it NZSA 4 starand then NZSA 5 Starwith the addition of a microwave or ultrasonic sensor. For a really good price call CARLINE on 0800 CARLINE. They are really good and offer a mobile service, so they come to you anywhere in Auckland.

4AGZE is the supercharged version of the 4AGE and came out in the super charged Levin. There is no such engine as the 4AGZTE toyota never made a turbo version of this engine. Yes it is a 1.6L.
