What is it with people and mullets? I was sitting in my car in the BK drive-thru the other day about to pay for my special BK chicken meal which they screwed up twice - anyway i look away for about 30 seconds and happen to see 3 different people walking in and out of BK each with full blown mullets!! Is it just me or is the mullet hair-style making a comeback??

I seen somewhere on the net you can tap into the 4v wires from your headunit? The reason i ask is i want to replace the factory amp with something aftermarket and dont want to go the high-level speaker output route...

Thats the only problem ive found so far - the button on the key doesn't unlock the doors at all the red light flashes on the remote but nothing happens - I have tried re-programming it several times as it says in the user manual with no luck. Checked the fuses in the boot but all are fine. Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks very much - its got 53,000 Kms on the clock however not much of a service history but it checked out fine. It does have jap nav with a tv yes

From a dealer - i was very cautious not to look like i wanted one - got a 3 year warranty and a great trade-in for my old car so i was pretty happy

Finally got my car and am very happy with it. Nothing like the sound of a V8 The best part is i couldn't believe it when i got 550 k's out of a tank driving around town!

Hi All Seen as tho i have only owned "japenese" cars im looking at something a bit different. So i am trading up my '96 Nissan Skyline Turbo and going to be buying my first ever bmw! - most likely a 1997-1999 E39 540i. Just before i do buy one however i would like to know what to look out for as far as common "problems" and how much i should be paying for something with less than 100,000km. There are a few about so i would like to find a good one before making that final decision. Cheers
