Located in Kapiti Coast - Otaki Engine was running and I believe the starter motor was the problem. Here's a video of the problem:
Now the battery is completely flat. Anyway I have upgraded to a e46 330ci (what an upgrade right?) and never got around to getting this fixed, I've moved to Auckland now so just need to get rid of it. Anyone interested before I call the wreckers? In the last year it had the water pump and thermostat replaced, I could probably find the receipts if necessary. I also replaced the sagging headliner with one purchased on here and also fixed the power windows that weren't working. As you can see in the photos the body work is pretty rough, dent above wheel, fog light missing.
KMs were around 150k, will try get the battery charged and check tomorrow. Rego on hold. Would prefer pickup this weekend while I'm down here. note: will be removing the headunit. can put the old bmw one there to fill the space (didnt work), also have light grey color sun visors if you want.
