Well it appears that I need a new battery so I've dropped the price again to $5500 firm.

Hi Cliff, Real nice car but I really need the cash at the moment cheers mate
-
Well the deal fell through on my car so it's still up for sale. Lookin for a quick sale so I've dropped the price to $5500 firm which is well under what I've been told it's worth. http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...n-251421744.htm The recent work has been done by Glen so you shouldn't have any issues with the car. Genuine reason for sale. If you're interested please text/call me on (021) 211 5511

Sweet! I'll go for 7k. Cheers

I've come to the conclusion that I don't really need my car as I have a company car so I'm thinking about selling it. I'm just interested in what you guys think it would be worth because I think I may have paid a bit much. It's a 96 328i auto with 155km on the clock. It's in pretty good condition and just had Glen do a heap of work on it fixing up a few problems so it's running pretty sweet. On top of the extras you can see in my signature (mags, spoilers etc) it's lowered on gen schnitzer springs and has a simota carbon air intake. Any indications on a price would be very appreciated

Well it looks like there's no way around it so I'll need to get a new battery. Having only just spent a shitload of money on the car though it can wait a few weeks now.
-
I somehow knew it wouldn't be that easy.
-
Oh wonderful. I think I'll just leave it in the shed. Thank god I've got a company car that never breaks down Lol
-
Hmmmmmm...... I don't know whether to get a new battery or get a calcium charger. Never had any problems with the battery prior to yesterday. This f@rking car is turning into a money pit.
-
So I either need a calcium charger or a new battery? How much are the batteries?
-
Went to try to start the car last night to discover that the battery is dead. Bugger. I've put it on the charger but if that doesn't work I think I may need a new one. I presume that I need to get a specific battery and a supercheap auto battery won't cut the mustard? Here's what I have currently (sorry bout the shitty mobile phone photo).... [e] Ive removed your photo because of its size, feel free to resize it and repost it.

From reading the threads it's $1000+gst (well it was a few months ago) and it's an all day thing. Going off everyone that's had it done though it seems to be well worth the money.

Thanks Bravo. I figured that Gavin would be the better option but just wanted to make sure. If I'm planning on doing a few small mods, would it be better to take it to him after they are done?

Has anyone heard anything good or bad about these....... http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...n-248458371.htm If they are any good, would that be something you'd do instead of going to Hi velocity or as well as?
