We've been tidying up a '04 645ci and need to reset the SMG after replacing its pump resovoir and associated lines.
We tried a cheapy K+DCAN interface with both Android and Windows software with no joy, but currently have no way of determining which aspect isn't playing the game.
The dealership wasn't able to connect either but we'd like to exhaust a few more options - would there be someone in Christchurch with a known working tool that we could visit and run it through the smg reset/bleed routine?
