Looking for aftermarket, my bad for not making it clear

Dont think there was any post o2 sensors when i had a look

so #2 and #3 are cats? ahhh do you know if it'll produce a bad smell if i get them removed?

Does anyone know whether this is a muffler/ resonator/ cat converter? Muffler shop told me it was a cat converter but reading around different forums, they suggested it was the first resonator. Parts #2 and #3 in the photo attached.

wanting to see whats out there in terms of e46 exhausts or even just the rear muffler.
