Are you with autosure? Do you have to pay excess for arm bushing and oil leaks separately.?

Hi merry Christmas and happy new year to all. i am new to bmw and have a 2012 523i with autosure mechanical warranty. Recently I started to feel vibration on the cabin especially on motorways also when breaking. Is that with engine and gearbox mount? I also feel rattle from engine bay. can i fix those via autosure insurance. thanks
