I am friends with lots of my workmates, both past and present. If I decide to leave and pursue another option, I don't think I am screwing them over.
Afterall he was simply an employee of the BBC/show, nothing more.
This bothers me too, for exactly the same reasons as you have pointed out. I'm sure you'll find that we are part of the silent majority, and as usual it is the vocal minority that get the attention (more often than not for the sake of it, rather than for any legitimate reason).
From history it should be obvious that Muslims take their religion VERY seriously. And it seems that a lot of items that ar used daily (clothing etc) have great relious meaning to them. So this backlash shouldnt be surprising and/or unexpected.
Not being very religious/being in a religion that is less demanding on its followers and also living in areas/cities/countries that has embraced cultural advances in recent years, something like this may not be such a big deal. But you have to see both sides of the picture as well.
That said, looking at some of the twitter comments in the herald article, looks like some people really need REALLy lighten the hell up. Clarkson is not Hitler ordering people into camps!
Thanks to the person that mentioned the last episode of season 15....i didnt bother to recheck as thought it was over months ago.

Sellar FS thread: http://www.bimmersport.co.nz/forums/index....showtopic=31291
Fellow Guru's
More than slightly interested in this but would like to get your opinion on the price please.
When I buy a car I tend to look for something thats not going to depreciate at a rapid pace, and sell fairly easily when the time comes. I know some of you will say the km's are nothing if the car has been looked after and has a FSH but IMO something with slightly less km's than this would have me running to the buyer with a handful of redies.
Would like to know your thoughts on this car. IMO I think it might be slightly overpriced.
Cheers in advance.

The last pattern?? Its close to burberry. Burberry is expensive to buy
sorry to go out of topic but whats the 6 'compartments' with what looks like a little button and a light next to the ebrake?
Thanks.

Thanks - yep this is the same car. If its any consolation once I was happy with it I didn't muck around.
Some of the best finds are discovered outside from the daily trawl through TradeMe huh I think its very easy to forget that these days.
Hello, can i ask how you found it??
-
No that’s not the factory knob as stated in the auction, there are words as well as pictures. The well worked 20 year old knob (lots of those around her) will come with the car for those wanting a something resembling a half consumed toffee apple.
Whoops my bad...can i ask where you got the new knob from??
-
-
Is that the standard gearknob or aftermarket?

I like how it's not going to work in the favour of people on the dole. extra GST = more money spent, since they don't get taxed really they don't really benefit from the savings.
From NZ Herald:
His wife, Sarah Pathak, 20, is a fulltime nursing student on a student allowance of $150 a week. Her allowance will go up by $3 a week in line with a 2 per cent increase in all benefits to compensate for the GST hike.

I bought this as a weekend car with a plan to perform some modifications over time. However i hardly get time to use it (have a company car) and can't really afford to do any decent modifications anytime soon. And the money would be better spent on doing up the house at this stage.
Bought from Ray (HellBM).
$9900
Will take some better pictures soon.
