  1. Hey guys just a question I have a 1 series E87 123d, recently I had some issues with the EGR and DPF, the car was dying when I was in drive at traffic lights, I took it in and 4800$ later the mechanics replaced the egr solenoid and cleaned the dpf, when I got the car back it ran fine but had an engine light when I inspected i I found the vaccum line that leads into the egr valve was no connected, so I connected it which turned the engine light off, and it went fine for a few days and yesterday did the exact same thing just stutters and dies when I come to a stop in drive if I stop and put it in park then it's fine (still idles rough but doesn't die) Does anyone know what this is or can anyone help me?
  2. Hey guys wondering if anyone can share some knowledge my bmw 123d has egr problems the main issue being the actual valve on mine does not have a sensor mounted to the top it is vaccum fed, and all OEM replacements and even original parts have sensors. I have tried finding one with no sensor and it doesn't work
  3. Hi guys I have a 2009 123d and the EGR valve has given out, which it not the issue the issue is that the valve itself is vacuum fed and does not actually have a sensor mounted ontop of it, I can't seem to find any EGR valves without the sensor attached, not sure what to do from here
