Cool cheers will try that, the car is due for a service in about a month or so. I do change the oil regularly but have no service history from the previous owners.

Recently I have noticed a ticking noise coming from the engine. It sometimes goes away but will then come back.

Any advice, ideas??

Clearly states just changing the bulb to HID is illegal

Insurance assessor may spot these if you are ever in a crash and refuse claim, remember that means they will not pay for the fence / powerpole / Ferrari that you may hit !!!

Have had my old car written off and insurance assessor found it to be irrelevant with the aftermarket HID kit but hey that was just my case.

I'd still check the boot lid wiring harness. Real common problem.

+1 had my harness replaced works fine now.

Have them in my car. They are excellent. Just need some in the fogs

Has anyone replaced this? The plastic has cracked but LED's still work. Is it possible to change just the plastic or is it just one unit?
