came across this while the cleanup continues.
used for diff coolers, but anything oil related should be fine.
i had it briefly on the 537i, to scavenge the turbo oil drain .
( turbo was very low mounted, great for weight/space, not so for drainage )
$120 should be all good
cant load a pic on here, i'll text it
cheers

cleaning out the shed, as the m5x/e28 engine swap will probably never happen.

cheers, marty

hi, just saw this reply in .
fitted a e32, 750/ 25mm unit.
if i were to do it again.... there will always be a next time.... i would fit pedals and remotes setup, that way
would be able to increase the pressure/shorten the stroke

I had adapter brackets made to connect the e38 factory brembo brake option
to fit e28's. rotor is hugh though, from a e60 550 from memory
stopping power was/is quite eye opening.
can't fit all 17" wheels, but will fit all 18's

Hi all,
Been a while since i've posting here, but here we are.
currently we drive a e91 touring, its been a a good car, but we're getting older so its time for less sporty
driving positions and more thought given to hips/knees etc.
im not keen on the size of the 3, but since i dont get to drive it much.....
3L diesel would be my preference, but any of the petrol variants will be fine also.
currently have viewed a number vehicles, ranging from '06-'09's, but most look like a family have camped out in them for
a couple months.
So...if you know of something, any where in the county, willing to catch a plane etc,
give me a hola, cheers-marty

i have used macweld in drury.
they dont paint, but the welding, machining and polishing is very good.
plus, they are heaps cheaper then arrow.
they stand by their work

hiya,
bumpage and more info,
8 months of WOF and REGO, expires in jan '18.
235k showing on the clock. hoodlining-black is tidy and not sagging.
seats have good support and the drivers memory feature works awesome. auto dimming mirrors etc
drove it last night, positive/responsive feed back from the steering and, for a 2.5L, is not
disappointing, ( prefer 3L and up),
with the wife's driving(mainly m'way) (can confirm, late breaking and hammers the
mash pedal off the lights) the OBC is showing 62km/hr average and 11.7km/L
trans shifts smooth and generally a solid ride.
could do with a wash/clean....... i did mention it, wont repeat what the reply was said.

The wife has just up-graded to an e91 touring as she is carting crates of avo's/kiwifriut
from katikati weekly, so the old faithfull needs to go.
was her daily for the past 2 years and has been very reliable.
it it showing its age with a crack in bumper and a worn base of drivers seat, passengers mirror has a black cover
and a little wrinkled from the glue reacting
motorsport - black hoodlining and black/grey seude interior. staggered wheels(?) not sure, spare matches the other 4.
glass sunroof etc
viewing would be prefered
AC is working well and has a pioneer head deck. factory unit in boot.
i asked for more piks to post but........ sometimes to get things done - you have to do th..........
anyways, 249ks on clock, engine oil and filter changed at 10k intervals and the trans filter/oil done at 200k.
has warrent/wof etc.needs to go- cars in auckland/manurewa.
think its an honest car for $1800

sorry for the high-jack, but that car looks familiar.(having owned/resto'd around 4 e23's)
got a front-on pic?
-
leaning to 'take the whole package', but...
can look at engine/gearbox setup.
-
ive done a turbo + engine for this model.
nope, not much room in between the rails, but with creativity i managed to
fit both top and bottom mount hairdryers with room to spare over the years.
the down and wastegate pipes are the trickiest.
current setup has to be the simplest. not the most efficient, i confess, but for
a few hp's lost was made up for ease and everything unbolts etc easily
i could be enticed to part with my current setup........comes with cert
might save you several months + fustration
