  1. Beautiful car. I hate to sell it, but I have too many cars.

    It's worth $18,000 to $20,000, but...

Come up with $14,000 and you can drive it home.

    Registration expires May 2015.

    WOF expires December 2014.

More photos available if you are interested, let me know.

The sunroof and petrol gauge don't work. Besides that, everything is fine.

  2. Hi.

On cold mornings, there's an electrical problem in my 1991 850i; the interior lights go off and on, the door doesn't close properly, etc. In searching the internet, I'm pretty sure that the problem is bad capacitors in the general module (GM). I am an engineer, so I don't have a problem getting the caps or soldering them, but I don't know exactly where the GM is.

Does anybody know where it is on my car? It's a right hand drive (most of the internet traffic refers to cars in the U.S.) Before I go tearing the dash apart or pulling the carpets up. I'd prefer to have some direction.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

    Richard

  3. Hello,

I'm looking for a nice 8 Series, preferably in Canterbury. I'd prefer blue, red/burgundy, or black, but I'll consider any colour, really. Prefer black interiour. Prefer low miles. Anybody interested in selling one or know where I can find one?

    Thanks,

    Richard
