aftermarket muffler silent ones

hi guys, i took off my oem bmw muffler and want a aftermarket looking one, but i still want it silent.

does remus have any aftermarket silent mufflers with the twin tips?

i changed my muffler to a boy racer loud muffler, and apparently i do not like it >.< i went on some long distance trips and traveling at 100km/h the car just sounds like reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee , but the car is not that loud,

so i want a silent rumus looking twin muffler, anyone know of any, the website? or the dealer in auckland?
