So far have had it for 4 weeks with no problems - but I thought i'd ask if there are any known problems with the 1999 328i?? Jazzbass 1 Report post Posted April 11, 2007 The only real problems I can think of are that you have an 8 year old car. From this age, whether you drive a BMW or a Skoda, mechanical bits do wear out. Although I've found that some BMW parts are cheaper than some Ford parts, in general, it'll cost you extra money that you weren't expecting. Anyone who owns an 8+ year old car has to get their head around that. As others here have said - if it's got tits or wheels, its gonna cost ya!! Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
