Fitting fiberglass M3 bumper to a e36 318i

Hey im living in Auckland CBD i have a fiberglass e36 front bumper its in a raw state I've just sprayed it wanting it fitted for as cheap as possible! will need holes drilled etc to be fitted.

wanting a cheap place in either Manukau or Auckland, or if anyone out there wants to make some easy cash on a weekend I'll pay for a home job, actually I'd rather do a home job so anyone who knows what there doing or can recommend a place i don't wanna spend more than $200 on this so hit me up!
