irrr_one 0 Report post Posted June 22, 2007 Make: BMW Model: 318i Year: 1989 Chassis: E30 How do I put the speed sensor back into my rear differential properly without damaging anything? The speedometer stopped working, and i checked the diff and the sensor had fallen out, with both screws gone, Can u tell me how to put it back in properly? and what srews to use? also, my odometer stopped working? its stuck at 126,000 kms, any help there? thanks Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

hotwire 352 Report post Posted July 2, 2007 You say you thought oil was leaking from it - have you checked the level? Should be up to plug level in the back. If not then top up.
