crazyarab 6 Report post Posted August 8, 2007 Hey Guys, I need some advice. I have come across a manual, leather, 93, E36 AC Schnitzer 325I coupe with 120k on the clock. Test drove it the other day and it was pretty mint, just had a service at BMW. The thing is I really like my current car, I would love to upgrade to a manual but only if I get a really good deal. So, my question is... What do you think this AC would be worth as I am tossing up weather its a sound "investment" for me to sell my car and get the AC. I drove that car quite some time ago...I have been in negotiation on the price with the owner for some time. Nothing has come of it yet. He did start out at $15000 so we are gettting closer to what I think it is worth. StylesM5 is in the ball park of where I think it should be priced. I'm firm on my price and the guy thinks it is worth more so have a shot!
kiwi535 538 Report post Posted August 8, 2007 very very few cars are an "investment".You will never get your money "back" on that car.just decide if the price he is asking is worth the premium over what you have.Only you can decide that.

That is very true, but you know what I mean right. I don't want to just throw money away, if you look hard enough and long enough you don't always have to lose too much come "upgrade" time .
