Aza13 0 Report post Posted August 14, 2007 Hey, just been looking at these angel eye headlights on trademe and wondering if anyone has brought these before for their E30 and had them fitted and if so what were the results? Infact if anyone has had any angel eyes fitted to their E30 for that matter what were they like? Was the installation as easy as they say just plug and go and did they fit snug in their enclosures? Appreciate the feedback.. Here's the trademe link: http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...855522.htm?p=36 Cheers, Aza

Its a BMW - not a Honda ... they look too rice, plus I have known these Asian made headlights to set of the BC. You dont see that rubbish on bimmerfest etc. Keep your headlights Save some cash and buy DDE - they visible during the day and look OE Visit www.umnitza.com - he has a kit for way less that that trademe one. I have a couple kits for E30, E34 - $

ED1RTY 2 Report post Posted August 15, 2007 I have the trade me Angel eyes on my car, they are sweet, there is absolutely nothing wrong with them. They Plug and Play on facelift models, pre facelift need some custom wiring but not to hard. I upgraded the LED's in the halo to super bright blue ones and they look sweet. (Not cheap at $6 per LED, you need 16) Ive never had any problems with them. They fit mint and have IMO better adjustment than the factory ones. If you want any more info just holla. Cheers Chris

ED1RTY 2 Report post Posted August 16, 2007 No, I wanted the black ones to go with the whole 'blacked out' look I was going for but he didnt have any in stock when i got mine, Said they stopped manufacturing them, which puissed me off cos' two weeks later he listed black ones.. Gutted.
naughty bmw 4 Report post Posted August 16, 2007 Yeah bud i have them, they look porno!! The only thing is i had to swap back to factory ones to get compliance (rego had lapsed) because they dont have some stamp on them?? But the complier at 'on road' said they will pass a warrent, you just have to put 100watt high beam lamps in the hi beam light to get more 'forward light' as the black backgrounds dont reflect enough light forward. as for fitting, they bolt straight up and fit perfect. you just have to rewire the factory wiring a little, nothing you cant handle. you can see them on my car at the link below http://www.bimmersport.co.nz/forums/index.php?showtopic=9897
