Cooling system flush

Can anyone tell me how to do this on a M40?

And then how you refill without airlocks etc.?

Drain at the plug on bottom of radiator, flush with water if not done in awhile, then refill, forget the ratio, distilled water + coolant, then run car with heater on full and push air out by squeezing pipes and refilling with coolant/water, then bleed with the screw til coolant starts to come out at the top by the thermostat.

Have the heater turn to hot right from the start so you'll drain the stuff in the heater core as well.
