Euro plates on a Jap inport

Recommended Posts

I've always liked the Idea of putting euro plates on my car but because it's a Jap inport the space on the boot is too small for the plate. I've just been cruising the listings on TardMe and saw the following:

check out pic # 3.

Is this legal? Also I'm not sure if I like that mini rear plate. What do you think?

Cheers

Darren.

No mate, its not legal just looks like a sticker to me and I bet its not reflective enough to be read by the cameras.

Besides with your connections I wouldve thought you of all people would know whats legal and whats not ;)

Do the e39's have a rear plate section that changes so you can swap to a euro plate ? I think its called plate management system on the spec sheet.....and oh look....I have it on mine :P
