lidistick 70 Report post Posted January 9, 2008 The M50 is crap with the auto. The M52 is better. More economical and gruntier with more torque. The Merc if in good condition would be good fuel wise as well as good low down torque being a diesel. Probably cheaper to run as well. Drive all and see which one floats your boat.
