my_e36 43 Report post Posted March 2, 2008 Seen this some time ago, aparently somebody screwed up the loading plan and causes the ship to tip during unloading. They were scrapped as BMW AG (German) & NA (North America) don't want any M3 parts to flood the market. Some of the less damaged cars (scratches, minor dents, broken mirror, broken indicators, etc..) will be fixed then sold as new. <-- This surprise me given (I would imagine) some ferocious US consumer laws.
