Door Rubber / Weatherstripping Sealant?

I'm after some of the adhesive stuff / sealant that's used to seal all the rubber strips around the doors etc to the paint when applyling them (What do the dealers use when fitting new door seals?). My boot has started to leak after this weekend's crap weather and i'm seriously keen to get this seal 'sealed.' Haha

Is there any BMW stuff used for this?

What would you guys recommend?

For semi permanent to permanent I'd use a urethane, Sika MS or similar. Both surfaces need to be as clean as possible, best product on the market, use it all the time.

Most hardware stores sell it, Mitre 10 and the likes, with the plumbing or bathroom stuff.
