greenday-rulz21 6 Report post Posted January 9, 2009 Ok, I've read up on these instructions. I've got the theory side of it down but when I try to remove them they just won't move. I don't know whether or not I'm just not getting the tab, or whether its broken. (But I can't get either side out) Anyone got any tips, tricks or advise? It would be greatly appreciated if someone could post a quick video on removing them, I've looked everywhere to find one, with no luck. Antallica 15 Report post Posted January 10, 2009 (edited) Having a go myself and no luck http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/showthread.php?t=224416 - look at that one, more info I got it finally, looking down through the engine I could just see the light coming in through the hole. I used the tool from the above link. It's really a 'feel for it' thing I don't know how to explain it. Just keep at it The tool will probably go in about 2cm(ish) and if you're sitting in front of it the tool will be about 45deg angle to you... just push forward.
