how do you take the rear doors off an e30?

As title says... Front ones were easy I pulled the pin for the pivot thing, then removed the 4 bolts holding them to the hinges.

Rear doors seem more difficult:

Where does the loom have a plug? I pulled both sides and there doesnt seem anywhere to unplug the loom to thye doors.

How do you remove the bottem hinge it's on there backwards so you can't see it???

Loom plug is in the pillar iirc, you can get at it by pulling the pillar trim off (two plastic screws at the bottom and slides out at the top).

Take the door trim off and you can get at the bottom hinge bolts (they are inside the door)
