You can jam a 17mm bolt on the nut of the top bolt, then an extension and 17mm socket to get that top bolt out. I think the bottem one you can do from the bottem. It's relatively simple, Easier if you have someone who can help you. Or if you have done it before it gets simple.. I would just buy another, or check trademe there used to be a guy selling recon'd alternators and starters. I bought mine of him, worked way better.
