e30 rear parcel tray

hey guys was thinking of spraying my parcel tray in the e30 but need some help on how to get it out?

is it easy??

any help appreciated

Pieca piss.

Take the arse part of the seat off- should just be able to pull it upwards and take it out. The rear back rest part of the seat should also lift up and out.

Once thats out (I think) there are 3 or 4 funny grommets holding it in. Take them out and it should slide out with the seatbelts attach. Detach the seat belts and walah.

yeah got the rear seats out ahaha

where bouts are these grommets??

all i can see it a random bolt on the left side ??
