l0w320 0 Report post Posted August 5, 2009 ok so heres the lowdown i got some brake disks for my e30 320 the brake disks are off a 325 (not sure if they have bigger brakes or whatever?) i switched them over with a bit of trouble fitting them on? now the handbrake is tightened a fair bit?? because when i pulled the handbrake back up it was much tighter than it was before? someone help?? is this bad or? im not sure it doesnt have wheels on the rear at the moment because they're getting fixed so cant take it for a test drive? |ncary 0 Report post Posted August 5, 2009 Clearly, the drum part of the new rotor is much less worn, smaller inside diameter, and your handbrake was set at a larger diameter for a more worn drum.
